大学卒業後、タレントを志すも全く売れず断念。
その後、修行に入り長耀寺住職となる。

- Monk at Choko temple in Tokyo.
After graduating from college, he worked on TV and in the movies.
He became a Buddhist monk, and later a senior monk of Tokyo’s Choko temple.

- 高校卒業後、映画作品のスタッフ、キャストとして多数参加する。
97年、矢口史靖のオムニバス企画「ワンピース」のうちの一本「撮影ポチョムキン」を演出。
同時期に桜井鉄太郎プロデュースの音楽映画「ヤイプス！」にシナリオライターとして参加。
その翌年からソニー・ミュージック・エンタテインメントにて数多くのアーティスト・プロモーション用映像を演出する。
現在、フリーとして音楽PVの他にVP、ＴＶ番組などの演出、クラブイベントのＶＪとしても活動中。
ドキュメンタリー作品は、MONDO21にて放送された「青い部屋 35年の物語」「エロチック・トロワ」等がある。

Makoto Sasaki - Born in 1975.
- In 1997, Makoto Sasaki participated as a scenario writer in the production of a music movie “Yipes!”, produced by Tetsutaro Sakurai. He also directed “Battleship Potemkin”, which is one of the segments in an omnibus planned by Shinobu Yaguchi.
The following year, Makoto signed a contract with Sony Music Entertainment as a director of the image production team, working mainly on promotional music videos. Now, he works as a freelance image and video director for promotional music videos and TV productions. He made the documentaries “Aoi heya 35 years story” and “Erotic Torowa”, which were broadcasted on MONDO21. He is a representative of “Water-Method Man”
